Shipping & Returns


We ship worldwide. All prints, art goodies and small/medium originals are shipped via Postnl. Large originals are shipped via FedEx or TNT.
Please allow a processing time of 5-10 business days, allthough orders are usually shipped out sooner.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment . My studio is located in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands. Please contact me to schedule an appointment.

Shipping rates

The costs of shipping are calculated during the checkout, based on the size of the item and your location. The costs of import fees/duties that may  be charged by your country are not included in my shipping costs, and will the Buyer’s responsibility.

Duties & Taxes

The Buyer is responsible for any duties, import fees, tax or additional costs that may apply. 

Lost/Uncollected parcels

The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. If your package gets lost due to you providing the wrong address, your puchase will not be refunded.
If your parcel is sent back to me because the address provided was incorrect, the item was uncollected from your local post office, or import fees/duties were not paid, you will be refunded your purchase if the item is in it’s original condition and packaging.The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from their location.

Return policy

I honour a 14-day return policy. Which means you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To request a return you can contact me.  If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Commissions are custom made for you and therefore cannot be returned. Gift cards and digital products are also excluded from the return policy.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days. The costs of shipping to and from your location, including any additional costs such as custom fees/duties are to be paid by the Buyer, and will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.


I only replace items that are not one of a kind and if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me.
